How the main recurring rewards work
Level-up cash begins at Level 1. Daily rakeback is calculated from the theoretical house edge of your play, with a level-dependent rate reaching up to 10% of that house edge. It is credited daily between 07:00 and 08:00 UTC. From Level 10, weekly cashback can reach 20% of net losses and is credited on Fridays in the same UTC window. Monthly bonuses begin at Level 20 and depend on the previous 30 days of turnover and activity. They are issued on the 15th, with one monthly award per player. Milestone rewards occur at every tenth level. Cash rewards still have account conditions
VIP rewards have no bonus wagering or bonus cashout cap. Ordinary withdrawal verification and payment rules remain applicable, including the requirement to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Accounts under cooling-off, self-exclusion or closure cannot receive VIP rewards. Levels do not downgrade through inactivity, but the casino can correct errors, revoke status for abuse or amend the program.
