Match bonuses (including Reload bonus):

1. The Match bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus balance will be forfeited 5 days after the bonus has been credited if the wagering requirement has not been met.
2. All Match bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a 35 times the deposit + Bonus wagering requirement.
3. Unless otherwise stated, all winnings generated from Match bonuses exceeding €1000 (or equivalent in your local currency) will be forfeited.

Free Spin bonuses:

1. You need to wager your Free Spins bonuses 35 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings gained from bets placed with your bonus balance.
2. The maximum winnings/profit from the Free Spins bonuses, allowed for withdrawal, is limited to €200, or currency equivalent.
3. Any Free Spins originating from a campaign are available for 3 days, unless otherwise stated.

1. All Free Chip bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount.
2. The bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus balance will be forfeited after 2 days if the wagering requirement has not been met.
3. All Free Chip bonuses are only available to players who have received the offer via E-mail, SMS, Phone or Onsite notification.

General bonus Terms and Conditions:

1. The minimum deposit for any Match bonus is, unless stated otherwise, €10 / £10 / $10 / 100 SEK / 100 NOK.
2. When claiming a Match bonus, your deposited money + bonus money is put into a “bonus balance”.
3. The bonus balance is locked until the wagering requirements have been met or your bonus balance is lost.
4. The maximum bet per spin when playing with a bonus is, unless stated otherwise, €5 per bet (or equivalent in any other currency) until the wagering requirements of the bonus have been met. This includes double-up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
5. The customer has 5 days from receiving the bonus to meet the wagering requirements. If the bonus expiry date is reached or if the player wishes to make a withdrawal before the bonus requirement is met, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be surrendered.
6. Any winnings generated from bets placed with your bonus balance will be added to your bonus money.
7. Your bonus balance will be converted to real money as soon as the wagering requirement is met.
8. 9. Please note that different games contribute a different percentage towards reducing a player’s wagering requirement. Here is a breakdown on how much each game contributes to reducing the bonus wagering requirement: Slot Games (excluding Classic Slots): 100%, Classic Slots: 50%, Roulette (all versions): 1%, Three card poker: 1%, Blackjack: 1%, Baccarat: 1%.
10. Only one bonus can be active at any one time. This means that you may not have any funds on your bonus balance when claiming a new bonus.
11. Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, account, address, computer and IP address. SpinEmpire reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.
12. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.
13. Game winnings from “free spin” or “bonus” features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.
14. Unfortunately, a limited few make it a habit to abuse our bonus offers and this forces us to have the above clauses in place. Regular players rarely risk breaking these clauses by mistake; you have to have a fraudulent ambition from the beginning in order to cross the line. We assess each breach of our rules individually and we retain the right to, if we determine the breach to be of a fraudulent nature, reset the account balance to what it was prior to the first breach of the terms and conditions. In case reoccurring breaches by one and the same player we retain the right to void all activity and refund the original deposit to the player.
15. SpinEmpire management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.
16. SpinEmpire management have the right to update these rules at anytime without notification and it’s up to the customer to check for updates.
